Suggestion Sell Town Renames

Town renames should be added to http://hc.to/shop . I am suggesting this mostly for those who buy towns off of others and are stuck with the town name they are given. If I were to buy a town I would pay 5-25 dollars to have it renamed
Edit: I suppose they could also be sold for coins in game also.

it is not currently possible in the code. when we rewrite the plugin to be more efficient, we will have this ability
