How do you set up a protected house and/or lot of land so only you can use anything in that area? I have found areas where people are growing wheat and I dont have premmission tto activate build or destroy anything in those areas. Does it cost coin to set it up? Do need a Admin or can set it up myself? Both in a city and in the outskirts.

If im not mistaken you can region off areas if you are at donation tier 3, for your own personal use. (in the wilderness)

The same goes for cities - they are regioned off by mayors.

you aren't mistaken: Tier 3 donors can protect their own area, not for others, and mayors can protect for others, but only under their town ring
