Do I get refunds on LWCs when I remove them?

I'm not paranoid my LWCs are gonna get wiped anymore like they did in 1.7.3 so I want to move them out of my secret chest room and into the bedroom. I just don't wanna pay!

If I remove an LWC, do I get my money back? So I can then purchase a new one in its place?
