Suggestion Custom Generated world for HeroCraft

There is a plugin called Hoth Generator, and after seeing how detailed this is I know that a automatically generating world is possible. In the Hoth Generator plugin, it creates the planet Hoth from Star Wars and generates the following: Custom Dungeons with Chest Loots, mountains, animal skeletons, and more. What I am asking if a world generator plugin could be implemented into HeroCraft, perhaps could be used to make the Aether, or another Hero-specific dimension. The HothGenerator proves it is possible to create custom dungeons, change the way ore spawns, and many not listed here. A way to get to this new dimension could be to give a Hellgate type skill to one of the Healer classes and change the name.
