Changing Shops

So I bought a small shop in the trade district, but business is doing well and I need to expand to a bigger shop. Apparently, I can only own 1 shop though. I don't care about being refunded the money on the rent, but I have 9 days left that I've paid for on the small shop.

Is there a way I can cancel the rest of the paid for time early so I can buy a bigger shop?
