PMC no longer allows the entry of a username. As a result, it is no longer giving souls/xp to voters, and it is no longer being counted toward top voters tally.

Known issue due to them sucking. I'll remove it from the list I guess.

I still vote it daily... it's about supporting HC, even absent the really great incentive to do so
