As many of you know, New Zealand was struck by a strong earthquake last month. They have declared a state of emergency for the first time in a very long time. I know some of our members are actually from NZ (cough ryan cough), and I wanted to post this up for anyone who's interested in helping out. Threadless, a T-shirt company is having an Architecture for Humanity T-shirt Challenge. Create an inspirational tee around the theme of "Rebuild."
Your design will help to reconstruct the city of Christchurch and provide aid to those people who need it most, $500 cash, and a $500 Threadless gift certificate.
Sometimes we live in places like Los Angeles, and take for granted the security a big city provides. Help out those who need it. Make your own T-shirt, or even just score some designs. It all helps out.
