Your story:i broke a block to get to this guy because i saw his name and i wanted to kill him and then i saw that water was coming through the wall and when i went to fix it kainzo appeared and banned me on the spot

• Destroying blocks in another player's structure.
  • Destroying blocks in pursuit of another player is acceptable if the blocks are replaced.(i was still pursuing the player)

Enforcement

• Warnings will be given for any infringement as follows.
  • First warning: Player receives a warning.(not once have i broken any rules and i did not get a warning)
  • Second warning: Player receives a 3-day suspension.
  • Third warning: Player receives a 1-week suspension.
  • Fourth warning: Player receives a 1-month suspension.
  • Fifth warning: Player receives a permanent ban.

i am sorry for quoting the rules, the reason i quoted them was because i was trying to defend my self because i didnt think the ban was fair to jump right out and be like bam ban with out being told i was destroying something of theirs, if i was told that was their home i wouldnt have continued to chase them down and try to cut them off at different points.
and yes i might have broken more blocks but that was not part of a home that was part of the mines and in the jungle parts, if i broke parts of their home i did not know it was their home.
