In this case, when he says "lore", he's talking about the text that appears in the body of the tooltip when you mouse over the item. Lore is what Minecraft refers to it as.- Alator

Yes. Unfortunately I don't have time to make skins for others anymore. My suggestions for making your own are be creative, use real-world examples as a starting point, and go easy on the 'noise'. -
ALERT Operation: Save Shrine
Was thinking a bit. Would players want branching roads off of the main ones, or does nobody really care? Trying to make the map usable as it is, but some of the areas are pretty damn rugged.
