    [Skill] Jump tweaks

    Without the Jump skill as it is, dragoons wouldn't be dragoons. They would be far to easy to fight, and would lack an escape mechanism. Jump would be useless if it had a warm up. They could easily get away by the time you cast it, or interrupt you before you get away. Stupid. Leave it as it is...

    Remember how in Ironpass we made a giant sand trench filled with lava to defend ourselves? That was fun. We still had a fun time back in the day with pvp off. We'd try to push each other out of the region to kill. Edit: Or stalk the target until the barely left the region and jump them...

    I could barely do that back in the day.... Block Jumping just wasn't ever something I felt like I needed to do nor was I good at it. Find a legit way in, don't cheat. Simple as that.
