Ok, so first of all I have no idea what you are talking about now. I don't mean to be rude but if you live in the USA and you are 18 you should have proper grammer. And from me reading what you have typed it looks like someone that is not 13 years old. And if you are not 13 or older I am not aloud to whitelist you

Your application is still denied because I doubt you are 13. Being 13 means that you are starting Gr9 or ending Gr8 and well...America has just as good as an education system then where I am from.

Please re apply when you are actually 13.
